What to Expect:

This weekly class is an opportunity to build skills and experience Contact Improvisation in a focused and on-going group setting.  We’ll get to the juicy heart of shared weight in motion and borrow from all kinds of movement wisdoms to support that moment of contact!

CI calls us back into a physical being, to play, try and fail, to deeply connect with ourself and from there connect with others, to ground and then fly.
