Søren Kjærgaards Vortrag untersucht die Feedback-Kultur als Kernelement des Lehrens und Lernens. Ausgehend von Erkenntnissen aus der künstlerischen Forschung und Kunstpädagogik – insbesondere von Praktiken, die am Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Kopenhagen entwickelt wurden – untersucht er, wie das Zusammenspiel zwischen Präsentationsformaten und aufmerksamem Feedback das peer-basierte Lernen, kritisches Denken und die künstlerische Entwicklung unterstützen kann.
Der Vortrag präsentiert konkrete Beispiele und Ansätze und befasst sich gleichzeitig mit allgemeineren Aspekten der Schaffung einer soliden Lernumgebung und Feedbackkultur – sowohl zwischen Lehrenden und Lernenden als auch unter Gleichaltrigen.

Lecture: Feedback in artistic learning processes
Søren Kjærgaard’s lecture explores feedback culture as a core element of teaching and learning. Drawing on insights from artistic research and arts pedagogy—particularly practices developed at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen – it investigates how the interplay between presentational formats and attentive feedback can support peer-based learning, critical thinking, and artistic development.
The lecture will present concrete examples and approaches, while also addressing broader aspects of cultivating a sound learning environment and feedback culture – both between teachers and students and among peers.
